ArelioWho provides Arelio?

Photos and permissions
Arelio uses Apple PhotoKit to access only the photos, videos and albums you authorize. Full and Limited Photos access are supported. File comparison, similarity analysis, thumbnails and storage estimates are processed on your device. You can change or revoke access in iOS Settings.
Local data and retention
The app keeps derived analysis results and settings locally to improve performance. This information is not sent to the developer. Removing the app removes its local app data; your Apple Photos library remains controlled by iOS. Photo deletion occurs only after your review and confirmation through the iOS system prompt.
iCloud and Apple services
Some library items may be stored in iCloud. Arelio does not automatically download iCloud-only originals for analysis. If you explicitly choose to load an unavailable item, Apple’s Photos services may retrieve it. Apple controls its services and their privacy practices.
Optional advertising measurement
Arelio has no in-app ads or custom user accounts. Where this feature is available, and only if you allow tracking in the iOS permission prompt, the Meta SDK and RevenueCat use device and advertising identifiers, a Meta anonymous identifier, IP address and technical app information to associate app activations, paywall views, checkout attempts, trials and subscription payments with our ads. RevenueCat sends subscription events and revenue to Meta so we can measure advertising performance. Your photos, videos and gallery analysis are never sent to Meta or RevenueCat. We do not collect your name, email or phone for ad matching. Declining tracking does not limit app features or subscriptions. You can change permission in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Meta handles information under its Privacy Policy.
Data deletion requests
To request deletion of data associated with Arelio, email true.php@yandex.com. We may ask for your anonymous app identifier or purchase reference to locate your records; do not send your Apple password or card information. We will assess the request and coordinate with our service providers, subject to applicable retention requirements. Revoking tracking stops future app-side advertising measurement but does not automatically erase previously shared records. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Subscriptions and RevenueCat
Apple processes your payment. Arelio uses RevenueCat to validate purchases, restore access and understand subscription performance. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app identifier, purchase history, product and transaction identifiers, subscription status and expiry, and related app/store technical information. We do not receive your card details. RevenueCat does not receive your photos or videos. Purchase records may be retained for subscription restoration, fraud prevention and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Deleting the app does not automatically erase purchase records or cancel billing.
If you contact support
Emailing support shares your email address and the message you choose to send with Batuhan AYDIN and the email service used to receive it. Correspondence is used to respond to your request and resolve the issue. Request deletion by email. Do not include private photos, passwords or sensitive information unless necessary for your request.
This website
This support website is hosted with Netlify. Hosting infrastructure may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site. We do not add advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms or nonessential cookies to these pages.
